As the blossom adorns the trees of Shanghai and warmth returns, so does a lively feel of dressing up, stepping out and spending time with best friends over fine tea and elegant tastes.



Pastry Chef Steven has whipped up a seasonal concoction which is as pretty as a picture and with fruity flavors that complement springtime.



The savoury presentation includes dainty morsels such as Sunglasses Sandwiches with Ham and Cheese, Black Truffle Ravioli Puffs and Crab Meat, Bruschetta with Mortadella and Buffalo Mozzarella, and Foie Gras Crème Brûlée. These are delightfully arranged alongside sweetness and light from Chef-created wonders including Banana Mousse Lady Hat Domes with Vanilla Marshmallow Knots, Panna Cotta Glasses, Berries fruit Tarts, Rose Financiers and the sublime classic, Vanilla Scones with Homemade Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream. The Afternoon Tea is at CNY 448 + 15% for two persons.



There is also the choice of a Chocolate Blossom, known in sophisticated circles as ‘artwork meets dessert’, which is presented by the chef at your table. Priced at CNY 448 + 15% per set.
